Supercaliber SLR XT is an ultralight XC mountain bike that's ready to lay down rubber on race day. Its SLR Mountain Carbon frame is as light as it is meticulous, with a high modulus layup that gives you all the stiffness you crave, and none of the weight. Lightweight, fast, great for technical climbs
Rear shock needs frequent adjustment
Had the Supercaliber SLR XT for about 3 months now. It’s super light and fast, especially on technical climbs. The rear shock does need a bit of tweaking now and then, but once dialed in, it’s smooth. I’ve ridden a few other XC bikes like the Orbea Oiz, and the Trek feels more nimble. Not perfect, but pretty close for XC racing.

Excellent weight, fast acceleration, premium build
Stock saddle is uncomfortable for long rides
Been riding the Supercaliber SLR XT for 2 weeks now. The bike is crazy light and accelerates fast, which is awesome for XC races. Build quality is what you’d expect from Trek, really premium. I did swap out the saddle though, the stock one wasn’t comfy for me on longer rides. Compared to my old bike, this Trek climbs better and feels more agile. Overall, very happy with it.
