If you're strong enough to handle this racket, the payoff in power is huge. The Wilson Pro Staff 97 V14 is a precision-oriented racket ideal for advanced players. Slightly lighter than the Pro Staff RF 97, it still has a high weight that's concentrated in the handle. Designed with Paradigm Bending technology to optimize the bending profile between the shaft and hoop, this racket offers precision and pinpoint control. We arranged the double braid at 45-degree angles, allowing the frame to breathe more upon impact. This increases dwell time while maintaining the stability responsible for the classic Pro Staff feel.

Superb balance, reliable feel for rallies and volleys.
Grip size comes a bit large for standard, but nothing unfixable.
Im a big fan of the way the Pro Staff V14 handles in mid-rally. Stability is top-class, even on off-center hits. I initially thought the grip would be too big but after adding an overgrip, it fits great. Pretty forgiving on volleys, maybe not so much if ur hands are slow. Haven't noticed much wear, definitely built tough. Wish it was a little cheaper, but matched my budget for a premium stick. Power isn't crazy, but placement is exactly where I want. Played a few tourneys with it so far and happy with performance. Frame stiffness was just what I was hoping for. Wouldn't swap for anything right now.

Amazing touch and precision, super solid feel.
Bit on the heavier side for longer sessions.
I'm loving this Wilson Pro Staff V14, definitely a step up in terms of feel from my previous racket. Feels a bit heavy after 2+ hours, but that helps with stability on shots. The paint job looks cool too, which is a plus. I noticed I can put more spin on the ball, maybe because of the balance and frame stiffness. Slices are butter smooth as well. Not the cheapest, but it's totally worth it for the quality. I think serious players will appreciate the feedback it gives. Maybe not great for beginners because of the weight. If you like control and stability, you'll probably like this stick.
