Starting with our wonderful sport never comes without collisions especially in the high-frequency center day to day life. That’s why the VIPER HD is produced with focus on durability using our ASA SANDWICH TECHNOLOGY which is the strongest semi-custom technology to-date. We use a 0.8mm thermoplastic polymer ASA skin at the outside covering the EPS-Epoxy-Glass sandwich core. The thermoform ASA material is known for its extraordinary impact and ding resistance. An additional wide reinforcing band around the rails protects the most exposed area from mast impacts.
