Great value for the tech you get, and looks cool too
Took a few runs to break in
Wasn't sure about Puma at first but the Deviate Nitro 3 surprised me. The cushioning is soft but not mushy, and the shoe looks sharp. Needed a couple runs to feel just right but now they're my go-to for daily training. Totally recommend

Super lightweight, great for speedwork
Not the best for trails, more for road running
I got the Deviate Nitro3 for my interval sessions and they are perfect. Super light and the grip is good on roads. I tried them on a gravel path and they slipped a bit, so stick to pavement. Way better than my old Nikes for speed!
