Excellent grip and stability. Feels great for both road and light trails.
The Ghost 16 is a solid choice for anyone who mixes up their running surfaces. I use them for both road and some light trail running, and the grip is impressive. They do run a bit narrow, so consider sizing up if you have wide feet. Otherwise, the comfort and support are top-notch.

Super soft ride, no break-in needed
Colors are kinda boring
I just got my Ghost 16s and wow, they felt good right out of the box. No break-in time at all. I wish they had more fun colors tho, but that's not a big deal. I used to wear New Balance 880s but these are way softer. Would buy again!
