Superb for speedwork, featherweight feel
Not much support for heavier runners
Honestly, these are the fastest shoes I've tried. They're so light, it almost feels like cheating lol. I use them for track intervals and short races, and they really help me push the pace. If you're a heavier runner or need more support, maybe look at the Pegasus instead. But for speed, these are unbeatable!
