great for learning, easy to shoot
not as grippy as some indoor-only balls
My son is 7 and just started basketball, this ball is perfect for him. It's not too heavy and he can actually get it to the hoop. The grip is ok, but not as sticky as the ones we use at the gym. Still, it's good for both inside and outside, and he likes the colors. We had a cheaper ball before but this one feels more balanced. Would recommend for beginners.
